Who we are

The company is located in Saracena, a small village in the province of Cosenza, where olive growing has always been one of the cornerstones of the city's culture. Mediterranean temperatures and winds, which create a constantly dry environment, form an ideal habitat for the production of highly genuine and high quality oil.

Our story begins with my great-grandfather Saverio, symbol of a family dedicated to agriculture. At the time, what was produced was consumed, desires were few and efforts were many. His strong passion for olive growing was then passed down from generation to generation up to the present day.

Over time, thanks above all to the stubbornness of Saverio and Leonardo, the company has grown and today has over 30 hectares of land and has a single objective: to bring to your tables the same passion that is at the center of our work.

Unlike the past, where production, which was highly limited, was intended for almost exclusively personal use, today we have such a quantity as to share something on the market that represents us and contains our history.

Our Goal

The quality of the product and its valorisation represent the cornerstones of our philosophy. Passion and not economic value is the basis of our project.

Satisfied consumers are our pride. We want our product not to remain limited to our territory, but at the same time be capable of enhancing the latter; which represents the effort, the effort, the sweat of those who, all year round, are committed to ensuring that the final result is always excellent.

How we work


The production phases

THE HARVEST: takes place in the months of October, November and December at the right time of veraison of the olives, using exclusively electric harvesters so as not to damage the plant, preserving its integrity.

TRANSPORT: is carried out in bins, perforated plastic boxes, which prevent the formation of mold thanks to better ventilation. The olives are processed within 12/24 hours of harvesting in order to obtain a high quality oil.

EXTRACTION: the three phases of crushing, malaxing and squeezing are carried out in a two-phase crusher that works at a maximum temperature of 27 °C, in a continuous cycle, allowing a drastic reduction in time to the benefit of the final quality of the product.

STORAGE: takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the oil from rapid oxidation and protected from light.

BOTTLING: after a period of rest, the oil is filtered through a process that does not modify its organoleptic and nutritional characteristics.

PACKAGING: can be carried out both in bottles and cans based on the requests we receive.
